Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "e999", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the e999 platform, an international offshore entity operating this service.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and e999. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if you have an existing account, contact our support team to request account closure.

Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any service on e999. This age restriction is strictly enforced. e999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage of the account lifecycle. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all pending bets voided, and any balance held pending investigation.

3.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility

e999 operates as an international offshore platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using online betting and casino services is lawful in your jurisdiction. e999 does not represent or warrant that use of the platform is legal in Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction. 3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on e999 at any time. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same individual — whether identified by name, date of birth, address, payment method, device fingerprint, or IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3.4 Geographic Restrictions

Users attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other technical means do so in violation of these terms and accept that any account, balance, or winnings associated with such activity may be voided.

Account Registration

4.1 Accurate Information

When registering an account on e999, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number. Providing false information during registration constitutes fraud and is grounds for immediate account termination.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share these credentials with any other person. e999 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You agree to notify e999 immediately via the support team if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. e999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

4.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your e999 account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any real money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure request will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification requirements being met.

Identity Verification (KYC)

e999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to comply with its obligations around age verification, fraud prevention, and financial crime prevention. KYC verification may be requested at any point in the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to the first withdrawal, or following any transaction or activity that triggers a review.

5.1 Accepted Documents

To complete KYC verification, you may be required to provide one or more of the following:

5.2 Verification Timeline

5.3 Refusal of Verification

Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

e999 supports the following payment methods for Bangladesh users: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, and Sonali Bank transfer. 6.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your e999 account balance within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. e999 aims to process approved withdrawals within one to four hours during Bangladesh business hours (8:00am–10:00pm BST). Withdrawals requested outside these hours are processed on the next business day. e999 reserves the right to extend the processing window for withdrawals requiring additional verification.

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals of funds that originated as bonus credits are subject to the wagering requirements of the applicable promotion being met in full before withdrawal approval. Real money funds deposited by the user and not originating from bonus credits may be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC completion and a minimum withdrawal threshold being met.

6.5 Transaction Limits

e999 applies minimum and maximum transaction limits to both deposits and withdrawals. These limits are displayed in the account cashier section and may be adjusted for individual accounts based on verification status, transaction history, or responsible gaming considerations. e999 does not charge a fee for deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

6.6 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if it has not recorded any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. e999 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts after this period. Users will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied. The fee will not reduce the account balance below zero.

Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bet credits, and promotional offers made available by e999 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and eligible game or market restrictions. 7.2 Wagering Requirements

7.3 Bonus Abuse

e999 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets across accounts or platforms to guarantee profit from bonus funds (bonus arbitrage), exploiting technical errors or pricing anomalies, and any other behaviour that e999 reasonably determines to be contrary to the spirit of a promotion. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have the relevant bonus forfeited and may have its account permanently closed.

7.4 Right to Withdraw Offers

e999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been claimed by a user and wagering has commenced, the promotion terms current at the time of claim will apply.

Betting and Gaming Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on e999 are subject to acceptance by the platform. e999 reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, without providing a reason. Bets are not confirmed until a confirmation reference number is issued. Verbal confirmations or partial screen renders do not constitute accepted bets.

8.2 Errors and Manifest Mistakes

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect market descriptions, system pricing errors, or data feed failures — e999 reserves the right to void any bet placed during the period of the error, irrespective of whether the bet has already been settled. e999 will notify affected users and return staked amounts to their account balance.

8.3 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting markets on e999 are updated in real time. During periods of high traffic or live data feed latency, there may be brief delays between on-field events and market updates. Bets placed during any such delay period are accepted at the risk of the user. e999 does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of real-time data feeds provided by third-party suppliers.

8.4 Casino Game Outcomes

All casino game outcomes — including slots, live dealer tables, and fishing games — are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) provided by the respective game supplier. e999 does not manipulate game outcomes. 8.5 Dispute Resolution

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the e999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities.

• Automated betting: Use of bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, access account functions, or interact with the platform in any non-human manner.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live casino, or tournament game.
• Match-fixing: Placing bets on events that you know to be, or suspect to be, subject to manipulation or corrupt arrangement.
• Money laundering: Using the e999 platform to deposit, layer, or extract funds derived from illegal activity. e999 complies with international anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Fraudulent payment methods: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an account.
• Multi-accounting: Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or any other reason.
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback with your bank or payment provider after funds have been deposited to your e999 account and used.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Knowingly taking advantage of software bugs, pricing anomalies, or data feed errors to place bets at incorrect odds or to gain funds that would not otherwise be available.
